One the Wras is a self-catering holiday apartment located at Littleporth St Mary’s. It provides one bedroom accommodation for up to 2 guests on the second floor.
The apartment is located in the main town of St Mary’s and is an eight minute walk from the quay; bus stop and local shops can be found a five minute walk away.
The approach to the house is fine gravel leading to a patio area. There are 12 wooden steps (w840mm, d250mm, h200mm) leading to a landing 1.4m from a step (h170mm, w1.2m, d300mm) in front of the white UPVC front door. There is an automatic exterior light outside the front door
On entry to the apartment through the main front door, the hallway is laid with coir matting from which 14 carpet covered stairs (w700mm, d240mm, h170mm) with a handrail lead into the main living accommodation.
The apartment comprises of a single level open plan wooden floor kitchen, diner, lounge with door to carpeted bedroom and tiled and unfloor heated en suite bathroom. The bathroom has an automatic night light. There is a small lip of 7.5cm into the shower and a step over the door threshold from the lounge to the balcony of 8.5cm. The kitchen has an under counter fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and front loading washer/dryer.
The fire alarm is audible with an LED flash. There are raised height plug sockets throughout the apartment.

We recognise that our accommodation is not entirely ideal; we are located on the second floor with standard access. However, we are being as proactive as possible in other areas in ensuring that our guests’ needs are met and that any future changes will be made with all our guests’ needs in mind.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Your lead party member must be at least 25 years old and has responsibility for payment and agreement of the terms and conditions on behalf of both party members staying at the property.
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Any bank charges from overseas guests should be paid at the time of your transaction.
At this point you have entered into a legally binding agreement to pay for the cost of your holiday in full so we recommend taking out insurance once your deposit has been paid which is adequate cover for delays within the UK and for the rental of your holiday property.
The property rental stated on your booking form should be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Non-payment by this date would be considered as cancellation and we would re-advertise your dates.
Receipt of £200 in cleared funds confirms your booking together with the completed booking form. Until both are received, your dates are open to being re let. This deposit will be retained as a damages deposit until you have vacated the property and returned to you after satisfactory housekeeping check.
Any cancellation should be advised verbally and in then in writing. You remain liable for the cost of the property rental including the balance of payment when due. We will endeavour to re let the property and if we are able, will refund the rental less an administration fee of £25. If we are unable to re let the accommodation no monies can be refunded.
Your accommodation will be available from 3pm on the first day of your holiday until 10am on the final day. It is let for the purpose of holidaying and must not be occupied by any more than 2 persons or sublet. It is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible of any loss or damage to the property and to leave it clean and tidy on departure. We reserve the right to enter the property in case of emergency and at all reasonable times and with notice where possible for necessary repairs, maintenance or inspection. Housekeeping and linen change is from 10am every Saturday.
We hope you find everything in the accommodation to your satisfaction. If you do have any cause for complaint please contact us on the telephone numbers listed on your booking letter so we can do our best to rectify any problem. We are unable to deal with complaints at the end of your holiday or when you have returned home.
Pets, smoking and age limit
For the comfort of all our guests we do not accept pets, smoking or allow any naked flame in the accommodation. It is our policy not to accept guests under the age of 21 years old.
Damages, replacement & extra cleaning
We reserve the right to charge for any extra cleaning, repair or replacement of missing items, fair wear and tear excepted.
For your reassurance:
Housekeeping staff wear masks and clean washable overalls for changeover.
The whole property has been risk assessed and any high risk item (ie that cannot be replaced with duplicate or cleaned within the changeover timeframe) has been removed.
Freshly laundered mattress and pillow protectors are used at each changeover.
All kitchen utensils and facilities are either washed in the dishwasher or cleaned with antibacterial solution/hot water and soap if not dishwasher safe.
High touch areas (ie door/window handles, hand rail, buttons, door frames, remote controls, keys) are cleaned with antibacterial solution.
Soft furnishings and furniture are either steam cleaned, wiped clean with antibacterial spray and/or misted with antibacterial cleaner.
What to do if you suspect you have Covid-19
If you have a new continuous cough, high temperature or loss or change to your sense of taste or smell:
Please advise us immediately if you suspect you have Covid and are self isolating.
Please arrange for a virus test by contacting www.nhs.uk. They will direct you to the nearest test centre.
Follow standard self-care methods and in addition, refrain from putting out any rubbish. (All rubbish should be double bagged and stored safely for 72 hours before being put out).
